Deals this week: Royal Group, Tadmax Resources Berhad, Fountainhead Foods

Chinese dairy company Royal Group has announced intends to issue convertible bonds to raise CNY1.08bn ($156.96m).

Tadmax Resources Berhad has raised MYR10.15m ($2.34m) in a first tranche of private placement.

The transaction involved the issue of 24,461,640 shares priced at MYR0.415 ($0.09) a share.

The company engaged M&A Securities as financial adviser for the offer.

Tadmax Resources is engaged in property development, agriculture development and industrial supply business.

Fountainhead Foods (Healthsutra) has announced that it has secured pre-Series A funding from venture capital firms Ankur Capital and Hyderabad Angels.

All three companies involved in the deal are based in India.

Fountainhead Foods is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of packaged foods made from millets.
