Deals this week: Nissin Foods Holdings, Post Holdings, Treatt

Nissin Foods Holdings has agreed to raise up to HK$1.13bn ($144.9m) in an initial public offering (IPO).

Nissin will offer approximately 268.6 million shares at an indicative price band between HK$3.45 ($0.44) to HK$4.21 ($0.53) a share. Eight cornerstone investors, including Itochu Corporation and Mitsubishi Corporation, will invest up to $36.2m as part of the IPO.

Nissin Foods Holdings is an instant noodle and processed food products producing company based in Japan.

Post Holdings plans to raise gross proceeds of $1bn in a private placement of 5.625% senior notes due 2028.

Based in the US, Post Holdings is engaged in producing ready-to-eat cereals, snacks and nutrition products.

In a private placement, Treatt has raised £21.73m ($28.96m) through an issue of 5.3 million shares priced at £4.1 ($5.46) a share.

Treatt is a UK-based company engaged in the supply of flavour, fragrance and cosmetic ingredients.
