Healthy Nibbles has raised £0.10m ($0.13m) as part of a series A funding round from Adelpha Group.

Healthy Nibbles is a provider of subscription-based snack boxes, while Adelpha Group is an investment firm.

Both companies involved in the transaction are based in the UK.

Healthy Nibbles will use the funds to expand and strengthen its position in the healthy snacks business.

The Board of Directors of Vibrant Global Capital Limited have announced plans to invest in Vibrant Global Salt Private Limited (VGSPL).

The investment will be made through the purchase of 700,000 equity shares in VGSPL, which is slated to become a subsidiary of Vibrant Global Capital upon completion of the deal.

Vibrant Global Capital Limited is an investment firm, while VGSPL is a salt manufacturing company.

Both companies are based in India.

Dairy-free and halal baby food products provider Aisha has secured funds from investment firm Barclays as part of a funding round.

Both companies involved in the transaction are based in the UK.

The funds will be used to strengthen and expand Aisha’s business operations.

Terramino Foods has raised a total of $4.25m in a seed funding round, which was led by True Ventures and Collaborative Fund.

Terramino Foods is a producer of seafood and meat, while True Ventures and Collaborative Fund are venture capital firms.

All entities involved in the initiative are based in the US.

The funds will be used by Terramino Foods to expand its team and further the development of sustainable protein products.

The CEO and co-owner of Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh have invested in La Boulangerie de in order to acquire an equity interest in the company.

Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh is a provider of healthy food, while La Boulangerie de is a café bakery.

Both companies are based in the US.

Cambridge Commodities Ltd has reached a deal to purchase Earth Circle Organics’ ingredient business.

Earth Circle Organics’ raw and organic superfood ingredient business will be merged with Cambridge Commodities’ US subsidiary to form a new division named Earth Circle Ingredients under the initiative.

UK-based Cambridge Commodities is a supplier of ingredients, while Earth Circle Organics is a wholesaler of raw and organic superfood ingredients based in the US.

The deal is set to enable Earth Circle Ingredients to diversify its product range from raw and organic superfoods to include vegan proteins, natural extracts and vegetable powders.
