The Satron VO technology is ideal for detecting milk in water and CIP liquids.

Based on the scattering of light, the sensor will inform you up to 50 times per second on how much milk you have in your CIP return line. It will also process temperature with two analogue outputs.

When a CIP system is installed, little attention is paid to optimising parameters, including turbidity, turbulence, time, temperature, and titration. The cleaning cycles are not optimised for the product being produced.
