Testo has launched its first compact, light and easy to use folding thermometers, designed specifically for the food industry. The Testo 103 and 104 folding thermometers are strong, light, hygienic and extremely easy to use, making them ideally suited for quality assurance and production in the food sector.
The thermometers will record measurements as soon as they have been opened to an angle of 30° or more. Once the measurement has been taken, the probe can be folded away and the thermometer stored until next required. The Testo 103 and 104 thermometers are HACCP and EN 13485 compliant.

The Testo 103 is just 11cm long and features a slim yet robust probe. The thermometer has a white ABS hygiene-friendly housing. The instrument’s simplicity and convenient pocket size make it ideal for everyday use.
Testo 104 water-tight folding thermometer
Thanks to its IP65 protection class, the Testo 104 folding thermometer can be cleaned under running water and used in any condition. Its strong, metal, folding hinge and long, stable probe make it particularly suited to taking core temperature measurements in large and solid products, such as meat or cheese. In addition, the Testo 104 features automatic, final value, recognition and storage of minimum / maximum values.
