Russell Fraser Sales has released a range of borescopes for inspection of tanks and pipes in food processing plants. Ideal for hard to reach areas, their range includes entry-level borescopes and instruments with more sophisticated technology such as articulating viewing heads, offering superior visual inspection and video recording.
Entry-level EZ-Scope
The entry-level EZ-Scope borescope is compact and boasts bright LED illumination, a 1m cable and 10mm tube diameter and all at a modest price. The EZ-Scope aids inspection with greater visibility in hard to reach areas but if you require image/video capture, then the MIGS or Ace Vision with additional feature may be more suitable.
Mid-range MIGS
The MIGS is equipped with an LED light source with adjustable brightness, TFT display, camera and video recorder. Available with 2m-30m interchangeable cable lengths plus mirrors, the MIGS makes difficult jobs easy with superior portability and a 5.5mm diameter guide tube. The MIGS also allows output to a television for group viewing of images or video.
Sophisticated Ace Vision
The Ace Vision brings articulation, recording and large screen features at a fraction of the price one would normally expect to pay. Featuring a two-way articulating head, LED light source and the ability to record video with instant playback, rewind, fast-forward and pause, the Ace Vision offers greater flexibility and access in hard to reach areas. The Ace Vision comes with a 4GB SD card for storing your video and image files and also connects to your PC. Equipped with a large 7in TFT LCD monitor, the Ace Vision offers good resolution for image capture. The probe diameter is 6.8mm and cable lengths are available in 2m, 3m and 5m.
