Ishida Europe is proud to announce a new partnership with Swedish company Robotgrader to enhance its bespoke packing line solutions for fresh produce.
The Robotgrader uses weighing and pick and place technologies to grade products of various sizes, and pack them to a fixed weight straight into the pack.
Products are checked on a belt weigher, which calculates the weight with previously sorted products to find the best combination. The product is then picked and placed into the appropriate pack.
Robotgrader products are available for integration into Ishida fresh food packing lines alongside other equipment, including X-ray systems, tray sealers, seal testers and checkweighers, to provide solutions, tailored to individual customers.
