Food safety experts from Intralox, an IAFP Gold Member, will present solutions for effective conveyance sanitation at the IAFP 2011 Annual Meeting, 31 July – 3 August, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, US.
Intralox FoodSafe Team members Mr Gary Larsen, food safety consultant and sanitarian, and Dr Zhinong Yan, food safety consultant and microbiologist, will share their food safety expertise with IAFP attendees in three separate presentations at this year’s event.
Mr Larsen will present alongside other instructors at the ‘Cleaning and Sanitizing Practices: A Hands-on Look at How Chemical, Process, and Equipment Choices Impact Cleaning Performance’ workshop on Friday 29 July. Dr Yan will present the results of research on ‘Examining the Microbial Contamination Potential of Fabric Reinforced Flat Conveyor Belts’ on Wednesday 3 August; and will co-host a symposium discussing the status of food safety in China and the challenges present in the region on Tuesday 2 August.
