CAMO Software has announced it will be exhibiting at the IFPAC annual meeting in Arlington, VA (Washington DC), US, from 25-28 January at booth #709.
CAMO chief operating officer Brad Swarbrick and CAMO business development consultant Amos Dor will be at IFPAC 2015, where they will be discussing the latest developments at CAMO Software and provide exclusive previews of upcoming product releases.
Future product releases include the Unscrambler® X Process Pulse II for real-time process monitoring and the Unscrambler® X Batch Modeling Module for monitoring industrial batch processes.
Process Pulse II enables powerful multivariate models developed with The Unscrambler® X to be used to monitor at-line, on-line and in-line processes.
The software offers early fault detection and immediate identification of out-of-limit variables for real-time process control, giving users the possibility to remedy potential failures before they occur. The software includes advanced quality predictions and drilldown plots to investigate the variables contributing to deviations, making Process Pulse a powerful tool for improving process understanding at an affordable price.
Batch Modeling Module uses a newly developed method for monitoring industrial batch processes. By using the scores from local principal component analysis (PCA) models as a feature space, the new methodology better handles the challenges usually experienced in batch analysis. The possibility to continuously monitor and adapt the process ensures that the product evolves to the desired state. Some of the benefits are reduced rework or rejects, improved end-product quality and increased consumer trust in the product name.
