These are derived from naturally grown licorice root from Central Asia, China and the Mediterranean countries. Depending on the origin of the raw material and the delivery form, the extract offers a diverse spectrum of flavors, ranging from mild to sweet-aromatic, caramel-like, bittersweet or spicy.
With our portfolio of BIO certified confectionery performers, we serve the growing organic confectionery and snacks market.
