The name PeriPeri stems from the Swahili word for African Bird’s eye chillis and is enjoyed for its spicy heat. Meadow Cheese’s new cheese rope has been developed using herbs and spices to give an authentic flavour that complements all kinds of pizza toppings.
With a six week shelf-life and manageable order quantities, the product is suitable for both small and large pizza manufacturers.
