Organisers say The Baking Expo™ (IBIE) is the biggest grain-based good industry event in the US, bringing together more than 20,000 professionals from 100 different countries.
Held only once every three years, IBIE is the baking industry’s platform of choice. The event is produced by the American bakers association (ABA) and the baking equipment manufacturers and allied (BEMA), returning to Las Vegas between 8 October and 11 October.
Baking supplies, ingredients, and equipment from more than 800 leading manufacturers will reportedly be on show this year, including production equipment, packaging materials, refrigeration systems, sanitation equipment, computerised technologies, and transportation equipment.
Attendance at IBIE was up 13% in 2013 over 2010.
For Haas, this show’s highly professional audience including both manufacturers and suppliers to the baking industry is a target group, which definitely needs to be addressed. Accordingly, Haas is looking forward to offering its expertise.
