HAAS has announced Franz Haas, Haas-Meincke, and Haas-Modomix will be showcasing at SNACKEX.
HAAS is traditionally known as a manufacturer of machines for wafer, waffle, cone, and cake production. The company recently introduced its latest solutions to snack food manufacturing to the market for salty and savoury products.
The three HAAS Group brands will be demonstrating the manual wafer baking machine HZ-WA TURTLE in live baking sessions, using various ingredients. A wide range of texture and flavour profiles will be introduced to visitors.
In markets where both variety and healthy options are expected, choices range from products such as classical crackers and chips to scoops for creamy dips or spicy salsas. Haas offers highly flexible production lines and technology that is capable of baking different ingredients such as corn flour, graham flour, rye, millet, and fava beans. All Haas machinery is designed to carefully bake and handle products, as well as handover to packaging.
SNACKEX is an important event for Haas because the company believes there is great potential in the savoury and salty snack market. Accordingly, the company offers a large portfolio of machines for the production of snacks, crackers, and pretzels.
SNACKEX will take place from 21 June to 22 June in Wien Messe, Vienna. The three Haas brands will be present in booth 155.
