Deals this week: Creekstone Farms Premium Beef, Graham Partners

US-based Creekstone Farms Premium Beef has formed a joint venture (JV) with Pasture One, a beef supplier based in California, to develop production and sales relationships.

The latter’s cattle will be processed at the former’s facility, and the sales teams of both companies will collectively focus on improving sales of boxed beef products.

US private investment firm Graham Partners has announced that it has made an investment in Mercer, a freeze-dried foods producer, with the aim of capitalising on opportunities available in the industry.

The investment will be used to expand market presence and channels.
