Metal processing technologies and FASA equipment for the food processing industry

Our equipment is fully manufactured at FASA, from metal cutting, processing to assembly.  We have all-metal processing facilities and these range from mechanical processing such as laser cutting, water cutting, wire cutting, turning, milling, boring, bending, rolling, polishing, welding, surface treatment, powder or wet dyeing, galvanic processing, thermal treatment to the final product assembling and testing. Properly regulated processes and qualified employees determine the quality of equipment being manufactured.

FASA’s food processing and packing services and equipment include packing in bricks (from 9g to 1,000g) and pre-made plastic containers (from 200g to 1,000g) with foil sealing and lid, as well as thermoforming machines, for butter and margarine, packing in bricks from 100g to 250g for curb with or without flow-pack secondary packaging and packing in bricks from 16,6g to 100g with or without easy opening and labelling, as well as individual packing in a cardboard box (180g to 250g), for processed cheese.

For ice cream, packing in bricks is available, and there are also butter homogenisers for packing butter into customer brick-size portions, as well as a butter block cutting machine and case brick packers for easy grouping and storage.
