NIR Analyser Improves Process Insight in Food

NDC Infrared Engineering has launched a food analyser that can measure the moisture, oil, fat and protein content in food.

The At-Line food analyser uses non-contacting multi-wavelength near infra-red technology to measure the contents across all food materials, the company said.

Each measurement is pre-loaded into the InfraLab and can be selected from a drop-down menu on the equipment’s touchscreen control panel.

The analyser can also be connected via ethernet to management information systems and laboratory information management system networks.
